Maintenance Technician
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements.
- Follow established procedures for equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints to identify issues and make necessary repairs.
- Experience fabricating parts and components as needed.
- Ability to supervise and provide leadership to a team of maintenance technicians.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and electrical components.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
- Welding experience is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
